Terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Gold Class Girls (“GCG”, “the agency”, “we”, “us”). By submitting a booking enquiry, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging our services, you (“the Client”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Gold Class Girls is a booking agency connecting clients with independent performers for adult entertainment services across metro Perth and regional/mining venues in Western Australia. Performers engaged through Gold Class Girls are independent contractors and are not employees of the agency.

All services are strictly limited to the adult entertainment advertised at the time of booking. Performers do not offer escort services, sexual services, or any “extras” beyond what is advertised. Any solicitation or harassment of a performer for such services will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund, and may be reported to police.

Securing a booking

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested performer(s), date, time, and venue. A booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received and confirmed by Gold Class Girls. Once confirmed, you will be contacted directly by your performer(s) to finalise details.

Client cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed booking, the deposit is forfeited and is not refundable. This covers administrative costs and the performer’s reserved availability.

Performer unavailability

If a confirmed performer becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, Gold Class Girls will offer suitable replacement performers at the same rate. If none of the alternatives suit you, you may choose to carry your deposit over to a future booking, or receive a full refund. 

Changing your booking

If you need to change the date, time, or location of your booking, let us know as early as possible. We’ll do our best to retain your original performer; if she’s unavailable at the new time, we’ll offer suitable alternatives. Travel fees may apply where a new location is further afield.

Balance payment

Any remaining balance is payable in cash directly to the performer on arrival, before the performance begins.

Late arrival & wrong details

The performer’s booked time begins on arrival at the venue. If an incorrect address has been provided, or no one answers on arrival, the performer will wait 15 minutes before leaving and the deposit will be forfeited. If Gold Class Girls or the performer causes a late start, the missed time will be made up where possible, or refunded proportionally.

The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe, respectful, and secure environment for performers at all times.

● Zero tolerance for groping, slapping, or any physical contact without the performer’s express consent.

● Zero tolerance for verbal abuse, menacing or threatening behaviour, bullying, or fighting among guests.

● No unauthorised photography, video recording, or live streaming. Photos and videos are never included in the standard booking price and are entirely at the performer’s discretion. You agree to respect the performer’s decision if the answer is no.

● Repeatedly asking for something a performer has already declined is treated as harassment.

● Please drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication that leads to disrespectful behaviour will be treated the same as any other breach of this Code.

● Any hired venue’s own rules and licence conditions must also be followed.

Performers reserve the absolute right to scale back, pause, or immediately end a performance if guests become abusive, unruly, or otherwise breach this Code, or if the performer feels unsafe for any reason. Where practical, one verbal warning will be given before a performer leaves. In cases involving violence, a fight, or the involvement of emergency services, no warning is required.

Where a performance is cut short due to a breach of the Code of Conduct, guest misbehaviour, or police attendance, the service is deemed fully rendered. No refund will be issued, and any outstanding balance remains immediately payable; this covers the performer’s allocated time, travel, and any security arrangements made for the booking.

To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Gold Class Girls and its contracted performers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, illness, or property damage arising at the Client’s venue or event.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Class Girls and its performers against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the conduct of guests or the condition of the venue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on the Client under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
